The Standard Edition is the version that most inspectors will use with the exception of Texas home Inspectors who are required to use a state mandated format. This edition will allow you to document your inspection in a professional computerized format. Sections have dropdown boxes with predefined comments / discrepancies or you can enter your own if the predefine comment doesn't correctly explain the current condition. Receipts and Invoice worksheets are available. The software also comes with a Summary Section that automatically updates with the comments you have selected from the main report.

When using the demo's or purchased software you need to use the right mouse button to insert a X into a check box.

If you can't see the worksheet tabs at the bottom of the screen double click on the Title Bar.
The Title bar is the blue shaded bar just above the form with PI_Reports_2007_Demo [Read Only] [Compatibility Mode] written inside the Title Bar
The purchased software has both full versions Standard Edition and 2007 Excel Edition.
